My sister-in-law is in part of a MLM and I've had to hold back from sending her texts like that... more than a few times.

I'm about to finish Come Closer and dive into another one of your recent recommendations, but can I request that (and you're probably already doing this) you put a warning if anything bad happens to a dog in any of your recs? That might seem silly but it's such a staple of horror and I can't handle it. There was a point in Come Closer where I was really on edge because I thought it was about to happen, but thank goodness it didn't!

Never stop the dog content!!!! Also ....shit now I want a wolfdog. Definitely going to be donating when I have some room in my budget though, seems like an incredible organization.

Your warning about I Remember You is well founded. I had read all of Yrsa’s crime novels (excellent), and went into reading I Remember You assuming it was more of the same. I was shaken to my core. Such a terrifying book!

Nicole, I am having a really hard time following your wise counsel to keep my chickenshit self away from some of the horror novels you've recommended. I'm not sure I can resist the latest.

If anyone wants to join me in the recovery group I'm starting, hmu. (not making fun of recovery groups... I've been in the mother of them all for years!)
